【摘要】:Thisdocumentdescribestwotestmethods:—basketmethod(seeclause4),—Schellenbergmethod(seeclause5).Thebasketmethod(seeclause4)describesamethodfordeterminingbinderdrainageofbituminousmixtures.Thismethoddirectlymeasuresbinderdrainage,butwhencarriedoutonbituminousmixtureswithfibresormixtureswhosemortarcontentishigherthaninporousasphaltsomecloggingoftheholesinthedrainagebasketscanoccur,limitingthedrainageofthebinder.Basketmethodcanbeusedeitherfordeterminingthebinderdrainagefordifferentbindercontent,orwithasinglebindercontent,eliminatingthesuccessiverepetitions.Italsoenablestheeffectsofvaryingfineaggregatetypesorincludinganyanti-drainingadditivetobequantified.TheSchellenbergmethod(seeclause5)describesamethodfordeterminingbinderdrainageofbituminousmixtures.Itisapplicabletoasphaltmaterialsthatarenotporousasphaltorforthoseporousasphaltincorporatingfibres.Itcanbeusedeitherfordeterminingthebinderdrainagefordifferentbindercontent,orwithasinglebindercontent,eliminatingthesuccessiverepetitions.Italsoenablestheeffectsofvaryingfineaggregatetypesorincludinganyanti-drainingadditivetobequantified.

【摘要】:ThispartofISO9308describesareferencemethod(StandardTest)forthedetectionandenumerationofEscherichiacoliandcoliformbacteriainwaterforhumanconsumption.TheStandardTestisbasedonmembranefiltration,subsequentcultureonadifferentialagarmediumandcalculationofthenumberoftargetorganismsinthesample.TheStandardTesthasalowselectivity,allowingthedetectionofinjuredbacteria.Duetothelowselectivity,backgroundgrowthcaninterferewiththereliableenumerationofcoliformbacteriaandE.coli,forexampleinsomedrinkingwaters,likeshallowwellwaters,thathavenotbeendisinfectedandyieldahighbackgroundgrowth.ThispartofISO9308isthereforeespeciallysuitablefordisinfectedwaterandotherdrinkingwatersoflowbacterialnumbers.ThispartofISO9308includesarapidmethod(RapidTest)forthedetectionofE.colionlywithin24hinwaterforhumanconsumption,whichcanbeusefulinspecialcaseswheninformationisneededquickly.TheRapidTestisbasedonmembranefiltration,subsequentcultureunderselectiveconditionsandcalculationofthenumberofE.coliinthesample.StandardandRapidTestsdescribedinthispartofISO9308areapplicabletootherkindsofwaterprovidedthatsuspendedmatterorbackgroundfloradoesnotinterferewithfiltration,cultureandcounting.
