【摘要】:ThisTechnicalSpecificationcontainsrecommendationsforthecalculationofthemodifiedreferenceratinglifetakingintoconsiderationlubrication,contaminationandfatigueloadlimitofthebearingmaterial,aswellastiltingormisalignment,operatingclearanceofthebearingandinternalloaddistributiononrollingelements.ThecalculationmethodprovidedinthisTechnicalSpecificationcoversinfluencingparametersadditionaltothosedescribedinISO281.ThedirectionsandlimitationsgiveninISO281applytothisTechnicalSpecification.Thecalculationmethodspertaintothefatiguelifeofthebearings.Othermechanismsoffailure,likewearormicrospalling(graystaining),lieoutsidethescopeofthisTechnicalSpecification.ThisTechnicalSpecificationappliestotiltedsingle-rowradialballbearings,subjectedtoradialandaxialloadandwithradialclearanceandtilttakenintoaccount.Italsoappliestotiltedsingle-rowrollerbearings,subjectedtopureradialloadandwithradialclearance,edgestressandtilttakenintoaccount.Referencestomethodsfortheanalysisoftheinternalloaddistributionundergeneralloadaregiven.Theanalysisofinternalloaddistributionandmodifiedreferenceratinglifeformulti-rowbearingsorbearingsofamorecomplexgeometrycanbederivedfromtheequationsgiveninthisTechnicalSpecification.Forthesebearings,theloaddistributionforeachindividualrowhastobeconsidered.ThisTechnicalSpecificationisprimarilyintendedtobeusedforcomputerprogramsandtogetherwithISO281coverstheinformationneededforlifecalculations.Foraccuratelifecalculationsundertheoperatingconditionsspecifiedabove,itisrecommendedthateitherthisTechnicalSpecificationoradvancedcomputercalculationsprovidedbybearingmanufacturers,fordeterminingthedynamicequivalentreferenceloadunderdifferentloadingconditions,beused.
