【摘要】:Thisdocumentspecifiesrequirementsfortheconstruction,performance,primarypackagingandlabellingofhand-heldfountainsandthecorrespondingtestmethods.Itisapplicabletofireworkswhichareclassifiedashand-heldfountainsforoutdooruseinCategory1inEN14035-2andwhicharecontainedinaprimarypack.Itisapplicabletohand-heldfountainsforindoorusewhichareclassifiedinCategory1inEN14035-2andwhichcontainpyrotechniccompositionthatisbasedonnitrocellulosewithamassfractionofnotmorethan12,6%ofnitrogen.Itisnotapplicabletohand-heldfountainscontainingpyrotechniccompositionthatincludesanyofthefollowingsubstances:—arsenicorarseniccompounds;—mixturescontainingamassfractionofchloratesgreaterthan80%;—mixturesofchlorateswithmetals;—mixturesofchlorateswithredphosphorus;—mixturesofchlorateswithpotassiumhexacyanoferrate(II);—mixturesofchlorateswithsulfur;—mixturesofchlorateswithsulfides;—leadorleadcompounds;—mercurycompounds;—whitephosphorus;—picratesorpicricacid;—potassiumchloratewithamassfractionofbromatesgreaterthan0,15%;—sulfurwithanacidity,expressedasmassfractionofsulfuricacid,greaterthan0,002%;—zirconiumwithaparticlesizeoflessthan40μm.NOTEInEN14035-2,hand-heldfountainsareclassifiedasfollows:—briefdescription:non-metalliccasecontainingsparksandflameproducingpyrotechniccompositionanddesignedtobeheldinthehand;—principaleffects:emissionofsparksandflameswithorwithoutauraleffectotherthanreportorwhistle.Schemesfortypetestingofhand-heldfountainsandbatchtestingofhand-heldfountainsarespecifiedinAnnexAandAnnexBrespectively.
