【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestwomethodsforthedetermination,byatomicabsorptionspectrometry,ofoneormoreofcadmium,chromium,cobalt,copper,lead,manganese,nickelandzinc,inaquaregiaextractsofsoilobtainedinaccordancewithISO11466.Thechoiceofmethodforanyelementdependsontheamountofthatelementexpectedtobeinasample,andbothmethodsmightbeneededtocoveralltheelementsinonesample.Themethodsareapplicablewhentheextractableelementcontentisaboveorbelowtheamountgivenintable1(asmilligramsperkilogram,drymatter),asappropriate.Thetwomethodsaredescribedseparatelyasfollows:MethodA-Determinationofcadmium,chromium,cobalt,copper,lead,manganese,nickelandzincbyflameatomicabsorptionspectrometry.MethodB-Determinationofcadmium,chromium,cobalt,copper,lead,manganese,nickelandzincbyelectrothermalatomicabsorptionspectrometry.Manyoftheproceduresandreagentsarecommontobothmethods,andtothedifferentelementswithineachmethod.Usersareadvised,however,toreadthewholestandardcarefullybeforeembarkingonanyoftheprocedures.NOTE1Indicativelimitsgivenintable1areappropriatetotheequipmentandtechniquesavaiableatthetimeofpublicationofthisInternationalStandard.Technicalimprovementsmaychangethispositioninthefuture.NOTE2ThisInternationalStandardrefersspecificallytotheuseofatomicabsorptionspectrometry.UsersofthisInternationalStandardareadvisedtooperatetheirlaboratoriestoacceptedqualitycontrolprocedures.CertifiedReferenceMaterials(CRM)shouldbeusedtoestablishtheamountsoftherelevantelementsinin-housereferencematerials.ThelattercanbeusedforroutinequalitycontroloftheproceduresgiveninthisInternationalStandard.Resultsshouldbeestablishedwithcontrolcharts,foreachelement,withinthelaboratory.Noresultshouldbeacceptedwhichfallsoutsideanagreedlimit.Qualitycontrolproceduresbasedonawidelyacceptedstatisticaltechniqueshouldbeusedtoestablishsuchlimit,toensurethatthesearestableandthatnolong-termdriftisoccurring.CertifiedReferenceMaterialsshouldbeusedregularlytomaintaintheintegrityofthein-housereferencematerialsand,thereby,thequalitycontrolsystem.
