【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethodforthequantitativedeterminationofselectedcoal-tar-derivedphenols,namelyphenol,methylphenolssuchas(ortho-,meta-,para-)cresols,anddihydroxybenzenessuchascatechol,resorcinolandhydroquinone(seeTable1)insoilbyusinghighperformanceliquidchromatographywithultraviolet/diodearray(HPLC/UV/DAD)orfluorescence(HPLC/FLD)orelectrochemicaldetection(HPLC/ELCD).Itisapplicabletoalltypesofsoilwithcontaminationlevelsofindividualphenolsintherangeofapproximately0,08mg/kgto10mg/kgofsoil.NOTEAlsowiththismethod,otherhighermethylatedphenols,forexample,dimethylphenolssuchas(2,3-,2,4-,2,5-,2,6-,3,4-and3,5-)xylenoles,2-isopropylphenol,2,3,5-trimethylphenoland1-naphtholcanbeanalysed,providedthesuitabilityandthevalidityofthemethodareproven.
