【摘要】:ThispartofInternationalStandardIEC71appliestothree-phasea.c.systemshavingahighestvoltageforequipmentabove1kV.Itspecifiestheprocedurefortheselectionofthestandardwithstandvoltagesforthephase-to-earth,phase-to-phaseandlongitudinalinsulationoftheequipmentandtheinstallationsofthesesystems.Italsogivesthelistsofthestandardizedvaluesfromwhichthestandardwithstandvoltagesshallbeselected.Thispartrecommendsthattheselectedwithstandvoltagesshouldbeassociatedwiththehighestvoltageforequipment.Thisassociationisforinsulationco-ordinationpurposesonly.TherequirementsforhumansafetyarenotcoveredbythisStandard.Althoughtheprinciplesofthispartalsoapplytotransmissionlineinsulation,thevaluesofthewithstandvoltagesmaybedifferentfromthestandardwithstandvoltages.TheapparatuscommitteesareresponsibleforspecifyingthewithstandvoltagesandthetestproceduressuitablefortherelevantequipmenttakingintoconsiderationtherecommendationsofthisStandard.NOTE-InIEC71-2ApplicationGuide,(underrevision),allrulesforinsulationco-ordinationgiveninthisStandardarejustifiedindetail,inparticulartheassociationofthestandardwithstandvoltageswiththehighestvoltageforequipment.Whenmorethanonesetofstandardwithstandvoltagesisassociatedwiththesamehighestvoltageforequipment,guidanceisprovidedfortheselectionofthemostsuitableset.
