【摘要】:Thispracticeassistsusersinselectingappropriateperformancecharacteristicsofcorrugatedfiberboardorboxconstruction,orboth,commensuratewiththeuser''sneedforpackinganddistributionofgoods.Thispracticedescribesseveralattributesoffiberboardandboxeswhichrelatetovarioushazardsencounteredindistributionanddescribestestparameterswhichmaybespecifiedbytheusertoensuresufficientstrengthintheboxforcontainment,storage,handling,andprotectionofcontents.Theusershouldspecifyonlythoseattributesandrelatedtestswhicharerequiredforsatisfactoryperformanceintheuser''soperationsanddistributioncycle(s).Whenusingpackagingregulationsasabasisfordevelopingspecifications,thereasonfortheexistenceoftheregulationanditsfunctionandimportanceshouldbeunderstood.Aspreviouslystated,regulationsmaybeexceededandshouldbewhentheminimumspecificationsareinadequateforthefulleffectsofthedistributioncycle.SeeAppendixX7forseveralexamplesofspecificationdeterminations.1.1Thispracticeprovidesinformationoncorrugatedfiberboardfortheprospectiveuserwhowantsguidanceinselectingattributesofmaterialsandboxconstructionbasedonperformancerequirements.Theseattributesshouldbepartofspecificationswhichestablishlevelsofthequalitiesashippingcontainermusthaveinordertobeacceptabletothepurchaseroruser.Theattributesandqualitiesshouldbetestable,usingstandardmethodsthatarerecognizedbyboththebuyerandseller.Thispracticewillassistusersindevelopingspecificationsforcorrugatedcontainersthroughananalysisofperformancerequirementsandsubsequentrelationshipstofiberboardmaterialsandboxconstructionattributes.Thispracticeisintendedtoprovidespecificcorrugatedcontainerperformancestandardsasopposedtopackagedproductperformanceevaluationthroughdistributionandhandlingenvironments,suchasPracticeD4169.1.2Theattributesandtheirlevelsshouldbebasedontheintendeduseofthebox,includingthehandlingandenvironmentitwillencounter.Manypackagingregulationsincludedetaileddescriptionsofthematerialsthatmaybeusedandstyle,closure,orotherconstructiondetailsofallowedshippingcontainers.Theseregulationsarepresentedasminimumrequirements;theymaybeexceededforfunctionalreasons,butthereisnoregulatoryreasontodoso.Railandmotorfreightclassificationsapplicableforsurfacecommoncarriertransportationhaveestablishedminimumrequirementsforcertainattributesofcorrugatedpackaging.Thesemayormaynotbeappropriateforapplicationinthecompletedistributionsystem,astheyencompassonlycontainerboardorcombinedcorrugatedboardx2014;notfinishedboxesx2014;andarenotintendedtoprovideforthedistributionsystembeyondthetransportationsegment.1.3CorrugatedcontainersforpackagingofhazardousmaterialsfortransportationmustcomplywithfederalregulationsadministeredbytheU.S.DepartmentofTransportation(CodeofFederalRegulations,CFR49).1.4ListsandDescriptionsofPerformanceandMaterialCharacteristicsandRelatedTestProcedures8212;Forfurtherinformationonthedevelopmentofperformance-basedspecifications,pleaserefertothesectionsonSpecificationsandTestProceduresoftheFibreBoxHandbook.1.5ThevaluesstatedinbothSIandinch-poundunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Withinthetext,theinch-poundunitsareshowninbrackets.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemarenotexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemsh......

适用范围
本部分规定了以控制和验收手提式灭火器安全与质量性能为目的的计数抽样检查规则。本部分适用于产品质量检验部门对经生产定型后，稳定连续生产的灭火器，作成批出厂或入库时产品质量的验收检查；适用于对产品作定型检验时，生产过程稳定性的检查及定型后核实是否继续保持规定稳定性的周期检查。产品的质量监督检查及订货合同等技术文件可引用并执行本部分的规定。
