See SAE J1754-2, Table 8 for hose operating temperature ranges and identification codes.Note: Working pressure is defined as maximum system pressure.

【摘要】:ThispartofISO13323providesguidanceontheselectionandoperationofdevicesthatdeterminethesizeandnumberofparticlesbymeasuringthephenomenaresultingfromlightinteractionwithindividualparticlespresentinagasorliquid.Thereportedparticlesizeisdefinedasanequivalentopticalsizebasedupontheresponseofthemeasurementsystemtocalibrationparticles.Thisdefinitionrequiresthattheinstrumentbecalibratedwithwell-definedmaterials.ThispartofISO13323appliestoparticlesranginginsizefromapproximately0,05μmindiametertothemillimetresizerange.Gas-borneparticlesinsizesfromapproximately0,05μmto20μmorsoaremeasuredprimarilybylight-scattering.Largerparticlescanbemeasuredusinglightextinctionsensors.Liquid-borneparticlesinthesizerangefromapproximately0,05μmtoafewmicrometresaremeasuredbylight-scattering.Lightextinctionisusedtomeasureliquid-borneparticlesinsizesfromapproximately1μmtothemillimetresizerange.Thesizerangecapabilityofanysingleinstrumentisusuallyapproximately100:1.Particleslargerthanapproximately100timesthesizeofthesmallestparticlethatcanbemeasuredwithgoodsizingresolutionarereportedas"greaterthanorequaltothethresholdsize"ofthelargestsizechanneloftheinstrument.TheresponsethatisconsideredinthispartofISO13323isthechangeincollectedlightfluxresultingfromthepresenceofasingle-particlewithintheopticalsensingzoneofthemeasuringinstrument.Forthisreason,instruments,whichrelyuponopticalinteractiontoproducedataonlyindicatingtheextentofparticlemotion,arenotdiscussedhere.NOTEInstrumentsnotdiscussedhereincludedevicessuchasaerodynamicparticlesizersorphaseDopplerparticleanalysers,whichproducedataprimarilydependentupontheaerodynamicsizeoftheparticles.Thoseinstrumenttypesdonotusetheextentoflightinteractiontomeasuretheparticlesize.Theparticlesizeisdefinedbyresidencetimeduringmotionthroughadefineddistanceorbyparticlevelocity.Theseinstrumentsreportaparticlesizethatisrelatedtofluid-dynamicmeasurements.
