适用范围
本标准规定与数字微波无线接力系统中所用的自适应均衡器有关的测量方法。这些测量是用来表征具有选择性衰落时系统均衡器的特性的，但在没有自适应均衡器的系统中也可进行这些测量。
考虑到那些因使用频域和/或时域均衡器而特别受影响的系统性能，对系统进行测量的结果用所谓的特征曲线来表示。附加测量提供了表征系统性能的其它手段。

【摘要】:Aproperlycollectedfacechannelsamplethatincludesthetotalcoalbedintervalprovidesasamplethatisarepresentativecrosssectionofthecoalbedatthepointofsampling.Channelsamplesaretakenforsubsequenttestingneededforevaluationofcoalqualityandcharacterizationforcommercialevaluations,forplanningofminingoperationstomaintaincoalquality,forthedeterminationofcoalrankinaccordancewithClassificationD388,andforgeologiccoalresourcestudies.Note18212;Becauseofthepotentialforlateralvariability,asamplemaynotrepresentthequalityofthecoalbedatanothersamplepoint.Thereliabilityofthedatageneratedfromchannelsamplesisdependentonthenumberandspacingofthesamplepointsandthevariabilityofthecoalcharacteristicsinagivenarea.Note28212;Samplingofthemineproductforthesepurposesisunsatisfactorybecauseofcontaminationoftheproductwithout-of-seammaterial,selectiveminingofpartsofaseam,inabilitytoobtainsamplesfromoneormorespecificlocationsinthemine,orotherincompatibilityofthepurposeofsamplingwiththeminingpractice.Conversely,channelsamplesshouldnotbeusedforevaluationofthequalityofcommercialshipmentsofthemineproduct,whichshouldbesampledinaccordancewithMethodsD2234.1.1Thispracticedescribesproceduresforcollectingacoalsamplefromachannelextendingfromtoptobottominthefaceofacoalseaminamine.1.2Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Forspecificprecautionaryinformation,seeNote2.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.
